    Productivity Innovation Project (PIP) for DfMA Facilities

    As part of the Government’s efforts to raise the productivity in the off-site construction environment, the grant is to support for Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) use cases for DfMA manufacturing facilities such as precast concrete production and fit out facilities for PPVC, prefab MEP and PBU.

Eligibility Criteria

DfMA facilities that are registered and located in Singapore

Application is before the procurement or implementation of proposed technology.

Achieve at least 30% productivity improvement

Adopt at least 3 functionalities out of the 12 listed

Streamline shop drawings/shop models submission and approval

Resource planning to establish realistic look-ahead schedule for actual work projections

Schedule forecasting to allot the supply chain to play efficiently

Fabrication

Real-time status tracking to support coordination of production at factory. Fit out yard and installation at site

Inspection

Convert paper-based inspection checklists into digital formats and utilize advanced QA&QC technologies (such as visual analytics)

Delivery

Digitalisation of delivery orders to ensure efficient and up to date order placements

Overall

Facilitate up-to-date audit trail of records

Visualisation of project status through a dashboard to track progress and status of drawing submission approvals, RFAs, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, Inspection records etc. 

Allows teams to review and plan the scope of work diligently during the production, delivery and installation

Support BIM integration to visualize the project flow an allow seamless and accurate communication across the supply chain. 

Digital solutions must allow integration with existing backend systems (if any) to ensure smooth flow of data and activities

Provide means to allow users to extract all data out from the solution for data analytics
